Resource Policy

Resource Submission Agreement

By submitting your resource, you hereby agree to the following terms and release Server Armour from any and all liabilities, including but not limited to loss of profits, sales, opportunity, consequential loss or damage, goodwill, or reputation.

Licensing Freedom

You are granted the complete freedom to license your resource as you deem appropriate. Server Armour will not alter, transfer, or conceal your chosen licensing arrangement without obtaining your explicit consent. It is essential to ensure that your resource is correctly licensed to prevent any unauthorized redistribution or modifications. In case of uncertainty, it is advisable to leave it unlicensed temporarily.

Support Responsibility

You are solely responsible for providing support for your resource, including addressing refund inquiries. Failure to maintain active support and updates for your resource may result in the suspension of file downloads or purchases until the matter is rectified.

Forking Conditions

Any forks created must strictly adhere to the original author's terms and licensing. If applicable, appropriate credit and/or reference to the original creation must be provided, meeting our specified expectations:

  1. The fork must distinctly showcase its uniqueness compared to the original creation, such as through expanded functionality or fixes.
  2. The fork should be uploaded under a unique name that differentiates it from the original.
  3. Any assets owned by the original author must not be included unless permitted, such as screenshots, media, or thumbnails.

Terms and Conditions

Server Armour reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to decline any submission that does not meet our platform's suitability criteria.

You acknowledge that Server Armour shall not be held liable or implicated in any copyright or trademark infringement and any damages arising from your resource.

We retain the right to remove any file from our platform for any reason without prior notice.

Files reported as broken, non-functional, or not delivering as advertised by end-users will be subject to removal.

Resources that are not kept up-to-date with newer versions will be removed after a reasonable period.

You hereby grant us ("The Reviewer") a temporary limited-use license to download your resource without payment solely for evaluation purposes to review resources before granting approval.
