Terms of Service

Last updated: 09 October 2026

Introduction

Welcome to Server Armour. The following Terms of Service ("TOS") is a legally binding agreement that governs your use of our services. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Server Armour is operated by Parity Labs (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa under registration number 2026/721789/07, with its address at Wonderboom, Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa ("we", "us"). Website: https://paritylabs.co.za. Email: support@serverarmour.com.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree with any part of these TOS, you must not use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time, and your continued use of our services after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised TOS. The date at the top of this page shows when these TOS were last changed. Changes to prices or billing terms will not apply to a billing period you have already paid for.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Subscriptions and Free Trials

Paid plans are sold as subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly through PayPal or Stripe. The price and billing cycle are shown on our pricing page and by the payment provider before you subscribe.

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can try the paid features before you are charged. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription becomes paid automatically and you are charged the price shown for your plan and billing cycle.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the payment method you used to subscribe, at the price in effect for your plan.

Paid features are attached to the Server Armour account (Steam account) you were signed in with when you subscribed.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time:

  • PayPal subscriptions: in your PayPal account, under automatic payments.
  • Stripe subscriptions: using the Manage Subscription button on our pricing page.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund a payment that has already been taken. To ask for a refund, see Refunds below.

Refunds

If you are not happy with a payment, contact us at support@serverarmour.com and we will help.

  • Any payment, including the first payment after a free trial: you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the payment. This includes your right to cancel within 7 days under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, where it applies.
  • Yearly renewals: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the renewal, as long as you have not used the paid features since the renewal.

To ask for a refund, email support@serverarmour.com from, or mentioning, the email address on your PayPal or Stripe account, with your Steam ID or the subscription ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and the paid features for that period are removed.

Outside these periods, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Nothing in these TOS limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other consumer law that applies to you.

Payment Disputes

Please contact us at support@serverarmour.com before opening a dispute, claim or chargeback with PayPal, Stripe or your bank. Most billing problems, including refund requests within the periods above, can be solved directly and more quickly this way.

If a dispute or chargeback is opened, we will respond to it with the relevant records of your subscription, payments and use of our services.

User Conduct

You agree to use our services in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and you are solely responsible for any breach of this obligation.

You must not threaten, harass or abuse our staff or other users, in or outside our services. We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you do, and we may report threats to the police.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all rights in and to our services and their content are owned by Server Armour. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our services without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Important: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in relation to your use of our services. Nothing in these TOS limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These TOS are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The courts of South Africa, Gauteng, have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with them. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
